During the past week the Company and Union spent a considerable amount of time discussing two 2 proposals Submitted by Power Delivery and Distribution.  The first was a requirement for all Power Systems employees to work 65% of routine and 75% of “all hands” call out overtime.  The second was a proposal to move overtime boundaries on short notice.   We have not reached agreement and are researching and waiting for information on both of these proposals.  

 It is still early in negotiations and both parties are attempting to understand each others interests.  We will continue to communicate on a weekly basis as negotiations proceed.   Next week we will continue discussions on the proposals above and the Union will be submitting and discussing some of our proposals as well. 

 At this point we have not entered into any discussions with Nuclear or Power Generation representatives on proposals.
